Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure the date and the remaining amount to be paid 7 days prior to the event. We will provide you with payment instructions once we have received your booking.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds but we can change the date with advance notice.

3.
Do you charge for travel ?
We do not charge for travel to events that are within a 5 mile radius of Tring, however after this we charge 45p per mile.

4.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Please let us know when you book if any guests have dietary requirements and we will be more than happy to discuss the menu with you.

5.
Do you provide the table?
No we ask our customers to provide a table or work surface.
​
6.
Do you provide plates & cutlery?
We can provide recyclable plates and cutlery at an additional price per person if required. Please request this at time of booking.

7.
When do you collect boards and styling props?
Arrangements will be made to collect boards and styling props the same or following day.
